  • Foundations Flow

    This beginner-friendly class is perfect for those new to yoga or anyone looking to revisit the foundations of the practice and get back to their roots. You’ll learn essential poses, proper alignment, and breathing techniques in a supportive and relaxed environment. With a focus on building confidence and body awareness, this class provides the tools you need to develop a safe and sustainable yoga practice. Come as you are, and leave feeling empowered and refreshed.

  • Sunrise Flow

    This early morning yoga is an all-level flow which brings energy to the body and incorporates breath work, Vinyasa Flows, balance, and strength work.  It is designed to wake up your body with stretches, increase energy, provide challenges, and rejuvenate your body for the day ahead.  It promotes relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of grounding. 

  • Fit Flow

    Fit Flow is a high energy class! Class begins with a dynamic warm-up, then moves into powerful movements that use body weight, dumbbells, and props.  Challenge yourself and watch your practice grow as you gain strength, balance, flexibility, and the increased awareness of your breath. Variations and options will be given throughout the class so that all students can find their level of challenge and comfort. Class will end with soothing stretches and a peaceful savasana. This class is a perfect blend of balance and strength. 

  • Lunch Time Flow

    This 50 minute lunch time class is designed to rejuvenate your body and mind, providing the perfect midday reset. The class features a dynamic, breath-synchronized flow that builds strength, flexibility, and balance, while releasing tension and energizing you for the rest of your day. This class is open to everyone with poses that can be adapted from more introductory to more challenging. Break up your day, release tension and stress, let go of your morning, and prepare for an amazing rest of your day!  

  • All Level Flow

    A fluid and dynamic class designed to synchronize breath with movement. You’ll flow seamlessly through a series of postures that build heat, increase flexibility, strengthen the body, and reduce stress. Each class has a unique sequence, allowing you to deepen your practice while exploring new movements. Suitable for all levels, with modifications offered for beginners and advanced yogis alike.

  • Yin

    Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to stretch the deep connective tissues of the body. This class targets areas like the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, helping to improve flexibility and mobility while fostering mindfulness and inner stillness. Suitable for all levels and a great complement to more dynamic forms of yoga. The time spent in stillness is nourishing for the body, mind, and spirit. 

  • Unwind & Flow

    This restorative class is all about deep relaxation and recovery. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll settle into longer held poses designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote total relaxation. Ideal for those seeking to unwind from the stresses of daily life and restore both body and mind. 

  • Power

    In this invigorating Power Yoga class, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and endurance through a dynamic series of poses that flow together seamlessly. Each session is designed to challenge your body while encouraging mindfulness and breath awareness. Ideal for those seeking a physically demanding practice, Power will help you unleash your inner strength and leave you feeling energized and centered. Suitable for those with some yoga experience looking to elevate their practice.

  • Slow Flow

    Unwind and find peace, but also challenge in this slower paced mindful flow that focuses on moving with intention. Options to modify or amplify each pose. Each posture is held longer to encourage strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation, and mental clarity. Great for all levels or anyone looking to slow down and relieve stress.  Expect a nurturing environment where you can reconnect with your breath and body.

  • Candlelight Restore

     Candlelight Restorative Yoga is a gentle and relaxing form of yoga practiced in a dimly lit space illuminated by candles, creating a calming and peaceful atmosphere. It focuses on restorative postures held for extended periods, often supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. The intention is to encourage deep relaxation, stress relief, and recovery by allowing the body to release tension and the mind to calm. The candlelight enhances the soothing environment, promoting mindfulness and a meditative state.

  • Happy Hour Flow

    Friday Night Happy Hour Yoga Flow is a fun, lighthearted yoga class designed to help unwind, de-stress, and transition into the weekend. The practice incorporates a creative and energetic sequence of poses that are set to upbeat music, making it both engaging and relaxing. While the flow may include a mix of strengthening, stretching, and balancing postures, the atmosphere is usually more relaxed and less formal, with a focus on enjoyment and community. The goal is to leave participants feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to embrace the weekend.

  • Hot Yoga

    We will be a heated studio & offering Hot Yoga in early 2025. Stay tuned!
